This status covers two known Granlibakken Tahoe paths: SR-89 from the Placer / Nevada county line south through Tahoe City to Granlibakken Road at Placer postmile 7.95, and SR-267 from I-80 through Kings Beach followed by SR-28 to Tahoe City and the same short SR-89 connector to Granlibakken Road.

Winter seasonal-closure behavior on this SR-89 span will be verified against the first live closure record. Granlibakken Road beyond the state-highway junction, Emerald Bay, resort access roads, parking access, and local circulation are outside this verdict and must be verified separately.
