Those route-wide reports don't expand the Ebbetts Pass verdict. That verdict covers only the reviewed Caltrans District 10 SR-4 interval from the Lake Alpine gate east through Ebbetts Pass to the SR-4 / SR-89 junction. SR-4 west of the Lake Alpine gate, including the stretch from the Bear Valley / SR-207 junction to Lake Alpine, remains route-level only for Ebbetts Pass. SR-89 east of the junction toward Markleeville or Monitor Pass is outside both this SR-4 route page and the Ebbetts Pass verdict.
