Those route-wide reports don't expand the South Lake Tahoe verdict: its west path covers US-50 from the Sacramento / El Dorado county line over Echo Summit to the California–Nevada state line. The chain feed has no checkpoint between Meyers and Stateline; that covered stretch rests on lane and Caltrans postmile evidence.
