Those route-wide reports don't expand the South Lake Tahoe verdict: its SR-88 span runs from the San Joaquin / Amador county line through Carson Pass to Picketts Junction, where the modeled path continues on SR-89 through Luther Pass to Meyers. SR-88 conditions beyond Picketts remain route-wide only and do not contribute to the destination verdict.
